Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 1 August 2026

Welcome to Bullion Bridge Exchange (accessible via https://bullionbridgeexchange.com/). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, product purchases, and sales.

By accessing this website, registering an account, or placing an order with Bullion Bridge Exchange, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. General Provisions & Account Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this website or purchase bullion products.
  • Account Registration: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities under your account. Bullion Bridge Exchange reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
  • Geographic Scope: Services and deliveries are intended primarily for clients within the United States, subject to state and federal precious metal distribution laws.

2. Live Pricing & Market Price Locks

Physical precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, rhodium, and palladium) are dynamic assets subject to real-time spot market value changes.

  • Price Lock Binding Contract: When you complete an order checkout online or via phone/text with our team, the prices are locked. This creates an immediate, legally binding transaction. You cannot cancel or alter a locked order except as expressly permitted under our Return & Cancellation Policy.
  • Erroneous Pricing & System Glitches: In the event of a severe pricing error, typographical mistake, or technological glitch causing an incorrect live market feed display, Bullion Bridge Exchange reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order placed at an erroneous price point prior to dispatch.
  • Market Disruption: If extreme financial volatility, trading halts, or system failures interrupt live spot feeds, Bullion Bridge Exchange may pause electronic order acceptance.

3. Order Processing & Payment Terms

To secure your price-locked order, payment must be initiated and received strictly within the designated timeframes:

Payment MethodRequired Timeframe
Credit / Debit CardInstant processing upon order completion.
Bank Wire / CryptoMust be initiated/received within 1 business day.
Paper / Certified CheckMust be postmarked within 2 business days and received within 10 calendar days.
  • Non-Payment & Default: Failure to send funds within the allotted timeframe constitutes a default on a binding contract. Bullion Bridge Exchange reserves the right to cancel defaulted orders, assess market losses and administrative penalties against the buyer, and restrict future trading privileges.

4. Shipping, Insurance & Delivery

  • Transit Insurance: All shipments are fully insured by Bullion Bridge Exchange until delivered to the destination address and signed for by an adult recipient (where signature services apply).
  • Delivery Risk Transfer: Our insurance responsibility ends once the package carrier logs the package as "Delivered" or once signed for by you or an authorized representative at the designated address.
  • Address Accuracy & Rerouting: You must provide a secure delivery address. Rerouting packages through carriers mid-transit voids our transit insurance coverage.
  • Reporting Delivery Issues: Claims for damaged packages, tampering, missing contents, or incorrect items must be submitted to sales@bullionbridgeexchange.com or (502) 230-1203 within 48 hours of carrier delivery along with photographic evidence.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

As a dealer in precious metals, Bullion Bridge Exchange adheres to federal laws including the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and IRS reporting mandates:

  • Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request government-issued photo identification or corporate verification documents prior to fulfilling orders.
  • IRS Reporting (Form 8300 & 1099-B): Cash payments or cash equivalents exceeding legal thresholds ($10,000 USD) and certain reportable bullion sell-backs will be reported to the IRS as mandated by law.
  • Fraud Prevention: Suspicious activity or orders flagged for potential fraud will be held for review or reported to regulatory authorities without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property & Website Use

  • Ownership: All website design, text, product photography, logos, graphics, software, and underlying code on bullionbridgeexchange.com are the exclusive property of Bullion Bridge Exchange or its licensors.
  • Prohibited Uses: You may not scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, alter, or reproduce any content from this website without explicit written authorization from Bullion Bridge Exchange.

7. Investment Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • No Financial Advice: Information provided on this website, including historical price trends, product descriptions, or market summaries, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Precious metals carry market risks; past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullion Bridge Exchange, its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site downtime, market losses, or third-party carrier delays.
  • Total Liability: Our maximum total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for that specific item.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Arbitration & Venue: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be resolved through binding arbitration or filed in state/federal court located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
